- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. Membership and Payments
Our membership plans include Starter, Premium, and Elite tiers with varying features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
- Authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.
- Understand that fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Accept that pricing may change with prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other members.
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Soliciting money or promoting commercial ventures.
- Using automated systems to access the platform.
- Sharing inappropriate or explicit content.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security.
- Collecting member data without consent.
- Creating fake profiles or catfishing.
6. Matchmaking Disclaimer
While we strive to provide quality matches, we do not guarantee specific outcomes including marriage, relationships, or emotional compatibility. Match results depend on various factors including member activity and preferences. Match Flow Connects is not liable for the conduct of individual members or outcomes of offline meetings.
7. Safety Guidelines
Members are encouraged to practice safe dating:
- Meet in public places for initial dates.
- Inform friends or family about your plans.
- Trust your instincts and report suspicious behavior.
- Never send money or financial information to other members.
- Use the platform's messaging system initially rather than personal contact details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Match Flow Connects including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software is owned by us or licensed to us. Members retain ownership of content they post but grant us a license to use it for platform operations. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Match Flow Connects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months. We are not responsible for member conduct or third-party services linked from our platform.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other members. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, certain provisions including liability and ownership clauses remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Omaha, Nebraska, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
